Tasting Notes

Cask sample. Crisp green-apple character, a touch of pear. Nutty character on the palate adds to the freshness. Fine texture. A racy style of Chassagne with enough acidity and drive to keep the ripeness of 2022 in check. Very long aftertaste that finishes salty. Drink: 2025-2030
